Our company was founded in 2009, starting with a cassava milling for tapioca business to produce tapioca starch for local sales. Over time, we began marketing to nearby areas. As we grew, we were able to market our products to various regions in Indonesia, even outside Java, including Batam, East Kalimantan, Makassar, Jakarta, Tangerang, Bogor, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Mojokerto, Jombang, and Ngawi, East Java. Eventually, we expanded into the spice industry, producing our own candlenuts and developing a spice trade sourced from various regions in Indonesia. We also developed trade in coffee, pepper, vanilla planifolia, nutmeg, and cloves.
Our tapioca starch production is sun-dried flour which has its own characteristics. Our flour is more blooming and crispier to make products and higher agglutination or viscosity because here we only use old materials. Just a note, in our area in Pati, we only harvest once a year. The raw materials are really old and ready to be harvested with higher viscosity or thickness.
For candlenuts, we get them from the eastern part of Indonesia, where they have the habit of waiting for the ripe candlenuts to fall from the tree until they are really ripe and have a higher candlenut oil content.
We also source our spices from superior regions in Indonesia, each with its own unique and distinctive flavor.
For Robusta coffee bean, we get it from Sumatra, especially from Lampung, which has a chocolate-like taste, then Arabica Gayo coffee comes from Aceh.
For our pepper, we get it from Sulawesi with large grains and a very strong spicy aroma and taste.
